  • Provide the service and customer support you request;

However, as with all information collected by Open AI Data, we reserve the right to disclose any information at any time, to the extent permitted by law, as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our Rights or Property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. You agree not to use false or misleading names or names that you do not have the right to use. If Open AI Data, in its sole discretion, believes that any such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, or if you choose to enroll in the Program for an ulterior motive, we may deny you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

How to share personal information with other Open AI Data users

In order to process your payments, we may share some of your personal information with the person or company to whom you transfer or receive cryptocurrency. Your contact information, registration date, the number of payments you have received from verified Open AI Data users, and whether or not you have verified control of your bank account will be made available to other Open AI Data users with whom you transact through Open AI Data. In addition, this and other information you disclose to Open AI Data may be shared with third parties who may provide ancillary services to access your Open AI Data account as authorized by you. These third parties are prohibited from using this information for any purpose other than to facilitate your transactions using Open AI Data services, unless you consent.

How we share personal information with other parties

We may share your personal information with the following people:

  • Contracted service providers provide assistance with some of our business operations, such as fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing and technical services. Our contracts require that these service providers use your information only for the services they provide to us and not for their own benefit;
  • Third-party authentication services to prevent fraud. This allows Open AI Data to confirm your identity by comparing the information you provide to us with public records and other third party databases. These service providers may create derived data based on your personal information that can only be used by the service provider to provide authentication and fraud prevention services;
  • Financial institutions we work with;

If you close your Open AI Data account, we will mark your account as “closed” in our database, but will retain your account information in our database for a period of time as described above.
